What to Expect
The 45-Day Challenge is a comprehensive 45-day program offering:
✔ Group Coaching Sessions: These sessions provide expert advice and guidance.
✔ Daily Support: I will be personally involved on a daily basis, helping participants plan, strategize, and navigate any challenges.
✔ Accountability Structures: Ensuring consistent progress through structured check-ins.
✔ Community Engagement: Participants will join a community of like-minded individuals focused on achieving similar financial goals.
Task Requirements
To ensure the success of each participant, we have established the following requirements:
✔ Weekly Time Commitment: Participants must dedicate at least 10 hours per week to fundraising activities.
✔ Mandatory Meeting Attendance: All participants are required to attend daily meetings from 2 to 3 PM CST, Monday through Friday.
✔ Preparation of Contact List: Each staff member must come prepared with a list of 120 names to reach out to over the summer.
✔ Full Commitment: Participants are expected to adopt an 'all-in' mentality, ready to do whatever it takes to meet their fundraising goals.

Tony Dentman is a visionary leader and the driving force behind Funding Tribe Foundation. As the Founder and Executive Director, Tony is on a mission to empower minority leaders and recognize their potential to change the world. In 2018, he established Funding Tribe Foundation to dismantle the financial barriers hindering these leaders from fulfilling their missions.
With a rich history of fundraising spanning 15 years, Tony brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the challenges faced in support raising. His career is characterized by a commitment to coaching and equipping the next generation of leaders, fostering their ability to make a lasting impact on the world.
Tony holds a Master's Degree from Reformed Theological Seminary and is pursuing a Doctor of Ministry (DMin) degree in Leadership at Liberty University. His passion extends across leadership, fundraising, evangelism, and discipleship as he actively seeks to help and empower the emerging leaders of tomorrow.
