Funding Tribe exists to change the world by equipping missionaries and leaders with everything they need for fundraising so they can fully live out their calling.
We provide missionaries with a proven support raising strategy. You do not have to carry the burden alone. Our coaching, clarity, and community have helped hundreds become fully funded, freeing them to focus on ministry.

Summer incentive
Summer Sprint includes a leaderboard challenge, and the top 5 participants are entered into a raffle for a $5,000 prize.
Training Leaders.
We focus on the holistic training of leaders, developing them internally and externally to achieve their maximum impact. We also equip our leaders to successfully pursue their passions using a host of resources such as seminars, effective tools, and one-on-one coaching.

What would you do if money weren’t a concern? This is the freedom we want you to experience as you reach your full leadership potential. We will sharpen your fundraising skills as well as provide you with opportunities to apply for grants so that financial concerns do not become a hindrance to your journey.

Funding Tribe Housing Initiative.
Our goal is to be able to provide housing for 5-8 minority missionaries, living in Chicago. We are hoping to raise $60,000 for a housing initiative that will cut their fundraising costs by 50% allowing them to spend more time impacting Chicago with the Gospel!

Tony is a speaker, author, as well as a life and fundraising coach. He is the Founder and Executive Director of the Funding Tribe Foundation. He has a career history of coaching and equipping team members to excel and grow into roles of expanded scope and responsibility. He has over 16 years of experience as a fundraising coach and has trained hundreds of leaders.He is passionate about leadership, diversity, evangelism, discipleship, and fundraising. He lives in Chicago, IL with his wife, Jennifer, son, TJ, and daughter Mia.

April is an experienced fundraising coach, mobilizer, and leader of women. She brings 8 years of nonprofit experience to the Funding Tribe Foundation.
She is passionate about empowering women to live out their callings. She loves getting to push leaders to accomplish their goals and live out their vision for their lives. She loves being a coach because she gets to help people walk through a unique season and see their faith be stretched and grown.

Kaye is a Coaching Operations Manager at Funding Tribe. She helps coachees stay focused, accountable, and moving toward full funding through clear communication, steady follow-through, and strong operational support.She supports onboarding, workshops, reporting, accountability systems, and community management to help programs run smoothly and keep coachees engaged and consistent.
With years of customer service experience, Kaye is known for being calm, caring, organized, and direct. She believes accountability is a form of care and is passionate about helping people grow, stay encouraged, and follow through with confidence.
