Kameron and Leny Risby both came to know the Lord and were discipled through the ministry of Campus Outreach at Sam Houston State University during their freshman to senior year. They made a decision at the end of their undergrad to give their life away for the gospel of Jesus Christ to go forth on the college campus by going on staff with Campus Outreach full-time. After two years of stepping out in faith, they have seen students be changed and fueled by a hunger to know and make God known. They have the vision of seeing college students be raised up from the SHSU campus through evangelism, discipleship, and equipped to reach the lost world for the glory of Jesus!

2 out of 3 professing Christians walk away the faith between the ages of 18 to 22. Targeting college students is a strategic harvest field for the gospel. They are beginning to make decisions that will change the trajectory of their lives.

Vision to see Multi-Ethnic Laborers be raised up from the SHSU campus for the lost world. Praying to see minority students be grasped by the grace of God and impacting their work force, families, and community for the gospel.
