Raising the 1%…
Less than 1% of ministers hail from minority backgrounds, primarily due to the formidable financial barriers said individuals face. FTF has emerged as a beacon of hope, offering comprehensive training, equipping, and coaching to uplift and support these underrepresented voices in the mission field.
We intend to coach 100 missionaries in 2023 and 2024 and maintain this figure annually.
This will be achieved by 33-35 minorities per group, 3 times a year within 4-month windows.
The mission is to empower and equip a generation of minority missionaries for foreign lands, including the 10/40 window.
We aim to establish cohorts, webinars, online courses, 1-on-1 coaching, training sessions, and conferences to achieve this vision.
Our ultimate goal is to create a powerful movement of missionaries spreading the love of Christ worldwide.
