In 2008, Tim became a Christian during his freshman year at Berry College and was discipled through Campus Outreach while playing on the basketball team and pursuing his accounting degree.
In 2012, he played a key role in launching Campus Outreach Houston in Houston, Texas, starting at the University of Houston. In 2021, Tim and his family relocated to Chicago, and now they're in Memphis, Tennessee, continuing their work on college campuses. They've witnessed the Gospel's transformative power in students' lives through bold evangelism and personal discipleship, seeing communities built and laborers sent out as a result. Tim's prayer is for his family, staff teams, and gospel partners to continue experiencing God's faithfulness in building multi-ethnic laborers from the campus who will impact families, communities, and the world for Christ.
Tim, a seasoned leader with 12 years in college ministry, is happily married to Danielle and is the proud father of four children: Timothy, Alex, Elliana, and Zarah.
As an Equipped Disciple Maker and Movement Leader, he pioneered a multi-ethnic regional movement, emphasizing his commitment to advancing God's kingdom and fostering unity.
As a minority missionary representing the 1% of Black missionaries, Tim aspires to empower other minority laborers for their mission field journeys. He envisions a future where they thrive in ministry by training and coaching missionaries to build a sustainable network of gospel partners.
Inspired by Jesus' words, "The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few," Tim is faithful to his calling, working to see more laborers sent out to the harvest.
