1. Title Slide

Purpose: Introduce yourself and your organization.

Content: Include the organization’s name, your name and role, and a powerful image that represents your ministry.

2. Mission and Vision

Purpose: Share the purpose and goals of the organization you’re representing.

Content: Use clear, concise language to describe the mission and vision. Focus on how the organization is advancing God’s Kingdom.

3. Problem Statement

Purpose: Show the challenge your ministry is addressing and why it matters.

Content: Use a compelling statistic or real-world example to illustrate the need. Make the issue relatable and urgent.

4. Impact Overview

Purpose: Demonstrate the effectiveness of the ministry.

Content: Share key accomplishments and statistics to highlight the results. Use visuals like charts, infographics, or impactful photos.

5. Personal Storytelling Part 1: Your Journey

Purpose: Connect with your audience by sharing your personal story of how God has worked in your life.

Content: Include these elements:

1. Before: Share about your life before God called you to ministry. Highlight the struggles, challenges, or turning points in your faith journey.

2. Encounter with God: Describe how God revealed His calling for your life and the transformational moment when you committed to following Him.

3. Calling to Ministry: Explain how this led you to the work you are doing today.

Include a high-quality, meaningful photo representing a key moment in your journey (e.g., your baptism, a mission trip, or a moment of surrender).

6. Personal Storytelling Part 2: Your Ministry Today

Purpose: Show how your journey led to the impactful ministry you are now part of.

Content:

1. Describe your role in the ministry and why it matters.

2. Share specific ways God has been using you to make an impact.

3. Include a photo of yourself actively serving in your ministry.

7. Personal Ministry Highlights

Purpose: Give a snapshot of what your ministry looks like day-to-day.

8. Donor Impact

Purpose: Show how donations directly support your ministry and make a difference.

Content: Include examples of how financial support has enabled real change. Use a testimonial or story of someone impacted by your ministry, along with photos or data to reinforce the message.

9. Call to Action

Purpose: Clearly outline how people can partner with you.

Content: Present three ways they can engage:

1. Pray: Ask them to commit to praying for you regularly.

2. Partner: Invite them to give financially, explaining how their support helps the ministry thrive.

3. People-Raise: Encourage them to introduce you to others who may also be interested in supporting the mission.

10. Pray Team

Purpose: Build a team of prayer partners.

Content: Explain how they can join your prayer team:

1. Receive regular prayer updates.

3. Participate in quarterly prayer calls.

11. Financial Partner

Purpose: Invite financial partnership.

Content: Present a suggested giving level, such as $100 per month, and explain how their support will help you achieve your ministry goals. Include a link or QR code for easy giving.

12. People Raise

Purpose: Expand your network through connections.

Content: Ask your audience to connect you with at least three people who might be interested in supporting your ministry. Offer to meet with those individuals personally or to speak at a small group or gathering they host.

13. Thank You

Purpose: Close with gratitude and make it easy to respond.

Content:

1. Thank them for their time and consideration.

2. Include a QR code linking to an interest form or pledge page for their next steps.

Tips for Presentation Delivery
