Group Accountability Outline
45-Minute Group Accountability Outline
1. Opening (5 Minutes)
Leader’s Role:
Welcome the group and explain the purpose: accountability, encouragement, and mutual support.
Optional: Share a brief motivational thought, scripture, or prayer.
Explain the time structure: Each person will provide updates, followed by quick feedback.
2. Individual Updates (35 Minutes Total)
Time Allocation: Adjusted based on the number of participants.
Example:
• 5 participants = 7 minutes per person (5-minute update + 2-minute feedback).
• 6 participants = 6 minutes per person (4-minute update + 2-minute feedback).
• 7 participants = 5 minutes per person (4-minute update + 1-minute feedback).
Questions for Each Person to Answer:
1. What have you accomplished this week?
2. How faithful have you been to your task this week?
3. What areas do you need advice or help with?
4. Where are you at in your progression with:
70 calls?
70 emails?
Your newsletter?
Two networking events this week?
5. Have you been faithful to praying at 9:38?
Group Feedback:
Provide quick insights, advice, or encouragement based on the updates.
3. Group Reflection & Direction (5 Minutes)
Leader’s Role:
Summarize major themes from the updates.
Provide group-wide encouragement and direction for the week ahead.
Optional: End with prayer or a motivational charge.
Notes:
The leader will strictly manage time to ensure all participants have an equal opportunity to share.
Adjust time per person as needed based on the group size, ensuring the meeting concludes within 45 minutes.
